New musical stories written by the youngest generation of composers will be presented at the Komponistenklasse Dresden family concert. Under the guidance of Silke Fraikin and Johannes Korndörfer, the 9- to 17-year-olds composed works for the flute, clarinet, horn, trumpet, drums, violin, viola and double bass, putting the finishing touches to their pieces at rehearsals with the musicians. The newly founded sound collective Opus Eins will be bringing the newly created compositions into the light of day – an enjoyable opportunity to discover some adventurous sounds!
